PRICING
All prices displayed are final selling prices. Consignor payouts are calculated after applicable commission fees have been deducted. Prices will only be adjusted with the consignor’s approval. If an item is sold at a reduced price, commission will be calculated based on the final sale amount.
PAYMENT PROCESS
Payments are released once the item has been sold, delivered, and the transaction has been fully completed. Processing time is generally 15–21 business days, provided there are no returns, disputes, or cancellations. Payments are processed every Tuesday and Thursday. Please allow up to 24 hours for funds to appear in your nominated bank account. Consignors are responsible for providing accurate bank details. Annzo Luxe is not liable for payments transferred to incorrect account information supplied by the consignor.
CONSIGNMENT PERIOD
All consigned items are exclusively listed with Annzo Luxe for a minimum period of 6 weeks. Early withdrawal of an item may result in applicable consignment fees being charged. Unsold items may be collected free of charge once the consignment period has ended.
AUTHENTICATION & CONDITION
Every item is professionally inspected and authenticated prior to listing. We accept authentic luxury items in excellent to very good condition. Items determined to be non authentic may incur an AUD $200 authentication and return handling fee.
Items are assessed based on:
- Overall condition
- Signs of wear
- Scratches or marks
- Missing components or embellishments
- Pen marks or stains
- Style relevance and seasonality
PHOTO REQUIREMENTS
To receive an accurate assessment, please
provide:
- Photos of all sides of the item
- Clear close-up images of wear, damage, and serial numbers
- Images taken under natural lighting
Providing incorrect or misleading information may affect the final quotation.
