Return & Exchange Policy

At Annzo Luxe, we are committed to providing a professional, transparent, and reliable luxury shopping experience. Due to the nature of pre-owned luxury goods, vintage items, and luxury resale products, please read this Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

By placing an order with Annzo Luxe, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled or modified before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel, modify, or recall the shipment.

Return Eligibility

As most products sold by Annzo Luxe are pre-owned, vintage, consignment, or luxury resale items, all sales are generally considered final unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

Returns may only be accepted if:

  • The incorrect item was received
  • The item arrives significantly damaged and the damage was not disclosed
  • The item has a confirmed major fault
  • There is a verified authenticity concern

To request a return, customers must:

  • Contact Annzo Luxe within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide proof of purchase
  • Provide clear photographs and supporting evidence of the issue
  • Obtain approval from our support team before returning any item

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.


Condition of Returned Items

Approved returns must be returned in the same condition as originally received, including:

  • Original packaging (if applicable)
  • Authentication cards or certificates
  • Dust bags, boxes, straps, accessories, or included components
  • No additional wear, damage, alterations, or usage

Annzo Luxe reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless required by Australian Consumer Law:

  • No Exchange or Refund for Change of Mind: We do not accept exchanges or offer refunds for products returned due to a change of mind.
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Custom orders or special requests
  • Vintage or heavily worn items disclosed in product descriptions
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, accidental damage, or normal wear

Authenticity Claims

Annzo Luxe guarantees that all products sold are authentic.

If a customer believes an item purchased from Annzo Luxe is not authentic, the customer must:

  • Notify Annzo Luxe within 7 days of receiving the item
  • Provide written documentation from a recognised professional authentication service

Annzo Luxe reserves the right to independently review and investigate all authenticity claims before approving any refund or return request.

Claims made without sufficient supporting evidence may be declined.


Shipping & Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The incorrect item was supplied
  • The return is approved due to a confirmed fault or authenticity issue

For approved returns:

  • Customers must ensure items are securely packaged
  • Appropriate shipping insurance and tracking are strongly recommended

Annzo Luxe is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return parcels during transit.

Original shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, insurance fees, or import charges are non-refundable unless required by law.


Exchanges

Due to the unique and limited nature of luxury resale inventory, exchanges are subject to product availability.

Exchanges may only be approved where:

  • The incorrect item was supplied
  • The item has an approved fault or issue
  • An exchange arrangement has been approved by Annzo Luxe

Annzo Luxe reserves the right to decline exchange requests where replacement inventory is unavailable.


Refund Process

Once a returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding the outcome of the return request.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.

Annzo Luxe reserves the right to:

  • Refuse returns that do not comply with this policy
  • Issue partial refunds where appropriate
  • Deduct shipping, processing, authentication, restoration, or handling costs where applicable and legally permitted

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or limits any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

Customers may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund for products with major faults or failures as required by applicable law.
