Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Simply enter the tracking number on the courier’s website to track your shipment.

Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after shipment. If tracking is unavailable, please check again within 1–2 days.

Shipping updates may be delayed due to weather conditions, customs processing, courier backlogs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges
If there is an issue with your order, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at annzoluxe@outlook.com.
All return requests must be reviewed and approved before items are returned. Our customer support team will provide further instructions once your request has been assessed.

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
